PAISync is a B2B SaaS company that builds autonomous AI agents for digital advertising professionals. Our platform connects to the world's leading advertising networks — including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Amazon DSP — and uses machine learning to continuously optimize campaign performance on behalf of our customers.

We were founded with a single mission: eliminate the manual, repetitive work of managing paid media so that marketing teams can focus on strategy, creativity, and growth. PAISync's AI engine monitors performance signals 24/7, autonomously reallocating budgets, adjusting bids, and testing creatives to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Our customers range from direct-to-consumer brands and e-commerce operators to full-service digital agencies managing portfolios of client accounts. PAISync is built for teams that need to move fast, optimize continuously, and report clearly — without hiring a dedicated ops team for every platform.

PAISync is a commercial, login-based SaaS platform. Our service is sold to external paying customers (businesses and agencies). We do not operate a consumer service and do not collect data from the general public.

What We Build

An autonomous AI optimization layer that sits above your existing ad accounts. PAISync reads performance data via official platform APIs, identifies opportunities in real time, and executes changes — budget shifts, bid adjustments, creative rotations — within the guardrails you define. The platform also surfaces pre-launch reach forecasts and audience size estimates from each platform's planning APIs, so customers can size opportunities and plan budgets before committing spend.

How We Handle Data

We process advertising performance data strictly on behalf of our customers. We do not sell data, do not use it for cross-customer targeting, and maintain industry-standard security controls including TLS 1.3 encryption, AES-256 data at rest, and OAuth 2.0 API access. PAISync is headquartered in Milpitas, California and serves customers globally. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS with primary operations in the US. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including CCPA and GDPR.

How We Operate

We operate under the principles of transparency, security, and customer control. Advertisers retain full ownership of their campaign data, and our platform accesses ad platform APIs exclusively through OAuth 2.0 — meaning we never store passwords or access credentials. Customers can revoke PAISync's access to any connected platform at any time, either from within PAISync or directly from the platform's own security settings.

How PAISync Uses Advertising Platform APIs

🔗 Platform API Transparency

PAISync connects to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Amazon DSP exclusively through their official OAuth 2.0 APIs. We access your ad account data solely to deliver campaign planning, reporting, management, and optimization services on your behalf — including reach forecasts and audience size estimates from each platform's planning APIs. We do not sell your data, do not use platform API data to train AI models, and do not share your campaign data with any third party except as required to operate the service.

Data stays on the platform it came from. Data obtained from a single advertising platform API (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) is used solely to manage and optimize campaigns on that same platform. We do not use Google Ads data to optimize Meta or TikTok campaigns, and vice versa. Cross-platform data is never combined for model training, audience creation, or targeting external platforms. The only cross-platform aggregation we perform is presenting a unified reporting view to the account holder who authorized access to each platform.

PAISync's use of Google API data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our use of Meta Marketing API data complies with the Meta Platform Terms. Our integration with TikTok's Marketing API operates in compliance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
